Gambling is entertainment — not a way to make money or solve financial problems. y333 provides tools, clear information and support resources to help every user play within their means, stay in control and seek help if gambling stops being fun.
y333 does not hold a gambling license issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Access to this Platform and participation in gambling activities is at your own legal risk. This page does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for understanding the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
At y333, responsible gambling is not a tick-box exercise buried in the small print — it is a first-class feature of the Platform. We build our tools so that they are easy to find, easy to use and genuinely effective at helping users stay in control of their gambling behavior.
We serve users across Pakistan — from Karachi and Lahore to Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar — and we understand that gambling in the Pakistani context carries serious legal and personal considerations. We take that context seriously. y333 will never encourage a user to gamble beyond their means, and we will never downplay the financial risk that gambling involves.
The tools on this page — deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion — are all accessible from your account dashboard without requiring a support ticket. You can activate or adjust them yourself, at any time.
If gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, this page also provides information about how to seek help. Please read it carefully and use the resources available.
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your y333 account. Once reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets.
Cap how much you can lose within a set time period. When your net loss reaches the limit, further gambling is paused until the period expires.
Set a maximum session length. The Platform will remind you when your session limit approaches and will log you out when it is reached.
Block yourself from accessing y333 for a defined period or permanently. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.
Every tool below is accessible directly from your Account Settings dashboard. No support ticket is needed to activate a limit or initiate self-exclusion.
A deposit limit caps the total amount of PKR you can add to your y333 account within a chosen time window. You select both the limit amount and the period (daily / weekly / monthly) from your Account Settings.
| Period | How It Works | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Resets every 24 hours from time of activation | Available |
| Weekly | Resets every 7 days from date of activation | Available |
| Monthly | Resets on the same date each calendar month | Available |
Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing session.
A loss limit caps how much money you can lose within a time period. Once your net loss reaches the limit you set, you are prevented from placing further bets until the period resets. Loss limits are calculated based on real-money wagers, not bonus funds.
| Period | Calculation Basis | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Net losses on real-money bets placed that day | Available |
| Weekly | Net losses on real-money bets in the 7-day window | Available |
| Monthly | Net losses on real-money bets in the calendar month | Available |
Winnings from a session where the loss limit is triggered remain in your balance. You may withdraw winnings even when a loss limit is active.
Extended gambling sessions can impair decision-making and make it harder to recognize when to stop. Session time limits put a hard cap on how long a single login session can last on y333. When your limit is reached, the Platform logs you out automatically.
Self-exclusion is the most serious responsible gambling tool available on y333. When you self-exclude, your account is blocked for the duration you choose. You will not be able to log in, deposit, bet or access the Platform during the exclusion period.
Navigate to Responsible Gambling > Self-Exclusion in your account dashboard.
Choose a minimum period of 30 days, or a longer period including permanent exclusion. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
Confirm the exclusion in the Platform. Your account is blocked immediately. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address.
You may also request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link) with the subject "SELF-EXCLUSION REQUEST". Include your username and chosen period.
Important: Once self-exclusion is active, do not attempt to open a new account or access the Platform via a different device. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a breach of y333's Terms & Conditions.
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Most people do not recognize the warning signs in themselves — they often become visible to family and close friends first. This checklist is not a clinical diagnostic tool, but it is a useful starting point for self-reflection.
If you recognize several of these signs in your own behavior — or in a family member's — please use the responsible gambling tools on this page or seek help from a qualified support resource. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is the most important step you can take.
For Pakistani Users: Financial pressure from gambling losses can compound existing economic challenges. Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose, money designated for household expenses, or money borrowed from others. If you have gambled with money needed for rent, food, electricity bills or other essentials, please seek help now.
The following questions are adapted from commonly used responsible gambling self-assessment frameworks. Answer honestly and privately — no answers are submitted or recorded. If you answer "Yes" to three or more questions, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact support for a responsible gambling referral.
If you answered Yes to three or more questions: Please consider activating self-exclusion from your account dashboard, or contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) with "RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING" in the subject line. We can help connect you with appropriate resources.

If gambling is affecting your mental health, we encourage you to speak with a qualified mental health professional. Pakistan's Umang helpline (0317-4288665 — text only, not a link) provides mental health support and may be able to provide a referral. If you are in financial crisis as a result of gambling losses, organizations such as Edhi Foundation and Akhuwat Foundation provide social support services in major Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.
y333 operates a strict adults-only policy. Access to the Platform is restricted to users who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Underage gambling is harmful and is prohibited without exception.
If you are a parent or guardian, please take steps to ensure that minors in your household cannot access online gambling platforms. This includes keeping devices secured with passwords that children do not know, enabling parental controls on shared devices and having open conversations about the risks of gambling.
Report Underage Access: If you believe a minor has registered on y333 or has access to your account, please contact [email protected] (plain text — not a link) immediately with "UNDERAGE ACCESS" in the subject line. The account will be suspended and the matter investigated without delay.
Keep all devices secured with strong passwords or biometric locks that are not shared with children. This applies to smartphones, tablets and computers used for online gambling.
Install parental control software on devices that children use or may access. These tools can block gambling sites by category. Popular options include Net Nanny and Bark — text references only, not links.
Never leave your y333 account logged in on a shared device. Always log out when you finish your session. Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account security settings.
Talking openly with young people about the risks of gambling — including how easy online gambling is to access — is one of the most effective forms of protection.
Decide in advance how much money you are comfortable losing entirely. That amount — and nothing more — is your gambling budget. Use deposit limits to enforce it automatically. Never gamble with money reserved for rent, food, bills or other essential expenses.
Decide in advance how long each gambling session will last. Use y333's session time limit tool to enforce it. Extended sessions increase the risk of chasing losses and making impulsive bets. Regular breaks also help.
Chasing losses — increasing bet sizes or continuing play to recover money already lost — is one of the most common and dangerous gambling behaviors. If you hit your loss limit, stop. The money is gone. Accept it and walk away.
Gambling while emotionally distressed, sleep-deprived or under the influence of substances impairs your judgment and dramatically increases the likelihood of poor decision-making and significant losses.
Gambling is not an investment strategy and it is not a reliable way to make money. The house always has a mathematical edge over the long run. Approach every session as you would a night out — spend only what you can afford to enjoy yourself and no more.
If gambling is starting to feel like a problem, tell someone you trust — a close friend, family member or spouse. You do not have to wait until things reach a crisis point. Talking early makes it significantly easier to address the issue.
y333 is here for entertainment — not to be a source of financial stress. If you choose to use the Platform, please use the responsible gambling tools available to you. And if gambling stops being fun, stop playing. Visit our FAQ for more information about account controls.
Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. y333 is not licensed or regulated by any Pakistani authority. Local laws including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may restrict or prohibit gambling. Please gamble responsibly.
