These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the y333 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. By using y333, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and y333 ("y333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at y333.cam (the "Platform").

The registered user account created on the Platform through which the User accesses gaming services, manages funds and communicates with support.
All laws, regulations, directives and guidance applicable to the User in the jurisdiction in which the User is located or resident at the time of using the Platform.
The real-money funds credited to a User's Account, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform may support.

To register and maintain an Account on y333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in Account suspension and, where required, return of deposits minus any bonuses claimed in contravention of age restrictions.
4.1 You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of balances in line with the operator's duplicate account policy.
4.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. y333 reserves the right to suspend Accounts where submitted information is found to be false, incomplete or misleading.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. y333 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 y333 reserves the right to refuse, close or suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the operator has reasonable grounds to do so including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity discrepancy, prohibited territory access, or risk management decisions.
4.5 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wagering requirements and any applicable bonus terms will be assessed at the time of closure. Real-money balance subject to completed KYC will be returned per standard withdrawal procedures.
5.1 y333 operates identity verification procedures consistent with the requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. KYC verification is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal request and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.

6.1 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by the operator. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Account cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3 You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that you own and are legally authorized to use. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or using payment instruments belonging to others, is strictly prohibited.

Currency Note: Account Balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience. Actual processing currency may vary depending on the payment method selected. Any currency conversion applied will be displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation of the transaction.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made from your real-money Account Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied in accordance with the relevant promotion's terms.
7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts with outstanding verification requirements will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
7.3 Withdrawals must be directed to a payment instrument registered in your own name and matching the identity on your Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
7.4 Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to operator review. y333 makes no guarantee of specific payout timelines. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per method are displayed in the cashier.
7.5 y333 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to conduct additional security, fraud or AML review. Users will be notified of any documentation required to progress such a review.
8.1 All promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the promotion. These Terms apply in addition to, and are not superseded by, the general Terms in this document except where a promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
8.2 Each promotion will specify: the eligible deposit or activity required to qualify; the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 35x); the eligible games or markets; the time period within which the wagering requirement must be completed; and any maximum withdrawal limit applicable to winnings derived from the bonus.
8.3 y333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a User has opted in and met the deposit condition, the User's accrued bonus entitlement under that promotion at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the published terms.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; exploiting mathematical loopholes in bonus structures; or coordinating with other users to guarantee bonus profits — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
9.1 All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform.
9.2 Bets are only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation. Bets placed in error, duplicate bets or bets that are not confirmed by the system are not valid and any funds involved will be returned to the Account Balance.
9.3 y333 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where a bet was placed on an event after the official result was known; where an obvious pricing error occurred; where there is evidence of match manipulation or event irregularity; or where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
9.4 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to specific latency and feed-delay conditions. y333 is not liable for any market movements occurring between the real-world event and the Platform's feed update.
9.5 Slot games and casino products display RTP (Return to Player) information within the game interface. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-run average return and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, void of all pending bets, forfeiture of Balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

12.3 y333 is not liable for any failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processor outages, regulatory interventions, force majeure events or acts of third parties.
12.4 Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, y333's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content and audio-visual materials — is the property of y333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
14.1 y333 collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, KYC verification, payment processing and support delivery. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14.2 By registering on the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for certain processing activities subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14.3 Personal data is not sold to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers and licensing authorities as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
15.1 y333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact y333 support in writing to seek informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
